DAY 1: ACCESS

Arrival at Menara Airport in Marrakech. Greetings and support. Make your way to the city hotel.

DAY 2: OULED BERHIL - TAROUDANT - MARRAKECH - TIZI N'TEST

Departure via Ouirgane and Asni on the Tizi n'Test route in a Land Rover. This route passes through the Moulay Brahim Gorges and ends at the base of Mount Toubkal, North Africa's highest peak. You will arrive at the Tin Mel mosque after a short distance. While undergoing repair, the work completed thus far demonstrates its exceptional and seldom observed architecture, unquestionably one of the masterworks of the Almohad era. Proceed through Ouled Berhil towards Taroudant. Accommodations at the hotel in Taroudant.

DAY 3: TAROUDANT, TALIOUINE, TAZENAKHT, FOUM ZGUID, and CHIGAGA DUNES

Taroudant, sometimes known as "Little Marrakech." After seeing and strolling around the souks, head for Taliouine, a little village noted for its saffron production, the quality of which is praised far beyond Morocco's boundaries. If you want, you can stop by the saffron cooperative to learn more about its production and qualities. Then pass across the Tizi-n-Taghatine pass. Next, go to Tazenakht, which is famous for its rugs. We recommend browsing the shops and admiring the local production even if you don't intend to buy anything. Continue to Foum Zguid across the Tizi-n-Timlaine pass, traveling through small Saharan Berber communities and admiring the region's most magnificent vistas.

DAY 4: CHIGAGA DUNES - OULAD DRISS - TAMEGROUTE - ZAGORA -

Depart after sunrise in the direction of Zagora. Your path will eventually reach the Draa River valley at M'Hamid. Then you'll follow this valley, which is basically a long oasis. In Tamgroute, you will see the Quranic library, the underground kasbah, and the pottery workshops, whose work is highly regarded throughout the country. Spend the night in a guesthouse in a lovely garden in the center of the palm grove.

DAY 5: ZAGORA - DRAA VALLEY - OUAOUZAGOUR - NEKOB

Continue along the historic caravan route parallel to the paved road, following the Draa River valley through villages and farmlands. Continue on the asphalt road to Nekob. Arrive and spend the night at the inn.

DAY 6: TINEGHIR - TIZI-N-TAZAZERT - NEKOB

After breakfast, take the track to Tineghir, crossing Jbel Saghro to the north. Throughout the journey, you will be able to see some of the most spectacular mountain scenery in the region, as you travel to an altitude of up to 2,200 meters at the Tizi-n-Tazazert pass. Then proceed to Tineghir. Arrive in Tineghir and spend the night.

DAY 7: TINEGHIR - TODRA GORGES - DADES GORGES - BOUMALNE DU DADS - BOUMALNE DU DADS

Depart for the Todra Gorges, which you will ascend, and if the track and weather conditions allow, continue to the 2,800-meter pass before descending to the Dades Gorges. The descent from Msemrir to Boumalne du Dadès is one of the most beautiful routes in all of Southern Morocco, with breathtaking scenery. Accommodation is available in the Dades Gorges.

DAY 8: BOUMALNE DU DADS - OUARZAZATE - MARRAKECH 

Return to Ouarzazate via the Skoura palm grove, which contains many beautiful kasbahs. Then, drive to Ouarzazate and visit the Ait Benhaddou Kasbah. We recommend crossing the river and exploring the old village's narrow streets. 

Some residents welcome visitors to their historic homes. Drive to the Tichka pass and then to Marrakech in the afternoon. Arrive in the city and stay in a hotel.

DAY 9: MARRAKECH

Marrakech has a free day.

DAY 10: DEPARTURE ON

Transfer to Marrakech Menara Airport after breakfast. Check-in assistance is available.
